Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your seat for the Live Face Yoga Masterclass with Mansi Gulati. Please read our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and batch reschedulings carefully.

1. Live Masterclass Ticket Policy

Due to the limited seating capacity in our live Zoom interactive room (capped at 100 students per batch) and immediate delivery of downloadable fast-action bonuses (worth ₹7,496), registrations for the ₹499 Live Masterclass are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

In the event of accidental multiple transactions or technical payment gateway errors where you were charged more than once for a single registration, please send your transaction details to mansigulati9y@gmail.com within 7 days. We will verify and process a 100% refund of the duplicate amount back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Batch Rescheduling Requests

If an emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled live masterclass, you may request a free batch transfer to the next available workshop date. Please submit your request via WhatsApp (+91 77994 12263) or Email at least 4 hours before the workshop starts.

4. Workshop Cancellation by Organizer

If a masterclass is cancelled or postponed by Mansi Gulati International due to unforeseen technical or personal contingencies, all registered participants will receive the option of either:
