1. General Workshop Agreement

The ₹299 registration fee grants you single-attendee access to the 2-Hour Live Interactive Masterclass conducted via Zoom web conferencing, including the downloadable bonus materials and certificate of participation upon completion.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Face Yoga consists of non-invasive facial exercise, facial posture awareness, acupressure stimulation, and holistic lymphatic massage techniques. These exercises are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, clinical dermatological treatment, or cosmetic surgical advice. If you have active facial infections, recent facial surgery, injectable fillers, Botox within the last 4 weeks, or severe neurological/temporomandibular disorders (TMJ), consult your physician before undertaking facial resistance exercises.

3. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any references to income potential (such as earning ₹1L–₹5L/Month or charging ₹2,500+ per consultation) or physical facial improvements on this website represent student case studies and illustrations of what is possible with dedication, skill mastery, and consistent effort. We make no guarantee of specific financial income or exact physical outcomes. Your results depend on your dedication, marketing application, consistency, and individual practice.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All training curriculums, anatomy charts, pose sequences, PDF bonuses, video recordings, website design, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Mansi Gulati. Unauthorized screen-recording, rebroadcasting, reselling, or public redistribution of masterclass content is strictly prohibited by law.

5. Masterclass Conduct & Code of Behavior

Attendees must maintain respectful conduct during live Zoom interactive sessions and Q&A segments. We reserve the right to remove any participant who exhibits abusive, disruptive, or defamatory behavior without entitlement to a refund.

6. Rescheduling & Technical Contingencies

While sessions are scheduled according to the stated calendar date and time, in the rare event of severe technical disruptions or unavoidable mentor health contingencies, we will notify registered students and provide alternative batch timings or access resources.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
